This class will look at generational groups from The Greatest Generation to Gen Z and groups in between. Well learn what characteristics make each unique and what values all generations share.
The objective is to increase understanding of differences among different groups so the Fire Officer can lead all AND to learn the latest trends about Gen Z so we can adjust our recruiting efforts to their interests.
Learning Objectives: Participants will learn what life experiences are at the heart of each group and how that impacts their work styles. Participants will learn how to connect better with other generations to help avoid conflict and increase productivity. Participants will learn how to focus on what people have in common Participants will learn newest information about Generation Z as they are entering the workforce latest research and trends
