Thank you for your interest in sponsoring part of this year's conference!

Sponsorship opportunities include the following:
     Tier 1     $1,300+
     Tier 2     $625 - $1,250
     Tier 3     $250 - $600

Sponsorships will be used for offsetting the costs of all conference meals, breaks, and facility usage. All sponsors, regardless of tier, will be recognized in the detailed agenda, at each event, on the conference / event signage, and on our conference app.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 sponsors are asked to provide an electronic image of its logo (in jpeg, png, or tif format in high resolution - 300 dpi or better), of which the logo and company name will be displayed.

For planning purposes, intentions to sponsor are requested by July 31, 2019 by clicking Submit below. Please include your company contact information and sponsorship pledge amount. Upon receipt, you will be sent an invoice.

Sponsorship funds should be submitted by August 23, 2019.
Sponsors who submit payment after the deadline will only have their company logo included on electronic material, not printed material.
