Sponsorships and registration fees are used to offset the conference costs such as meals, breaks, and use of the meeting facility. All sponsors, regardless of tier, are recognized here in the ALDOT Conferences mobile app and on conference signage.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 sponsors are asked to provide their company logo to be displayed in addition to their company name (jpeg, png, or tif format in high resolution - 300 dpi or better).

Tier 1 sponsors also receive two complimentary attendee registrations.

Tier 1: $1,300+
Tier 2: $625 - $1,250
Tier 3: $250 - $600

Include your logo on the Sponsor T-shirt for $250 more.

Upon receipt of your Intention to Sponsor, you will receive an invoice with a link to our PayPal^® webpage for online payment by PayPal^®, credit, or debit card, along with information for payment by check.

Attendee Registration Fees can be included on your invoice.

All attendees must submit individual conference registration forms. Registration will open in June.

Intentions to Sponsor are requested by July 15, 2021.

Sponsorship Funds and Group Attendee Payments are requested by August 15, 2021.
